Sensor ID 8071: HELP! When a task completes I must manually update to upload and download a new task. I have not been able to set preferences to fully automate update tasks. Is this possible to do?? I am losing most tasks because I cannot continuously monitor the tasks for completion. Thanks for your extra time and trouble.

Again, run a later Boinc client, eihier 7.1.18 or 7.2.4:

client: fix bug that delayed work fetch from non-CPU-intensive projects.
We were waiting until there was no task for the project before asking for another task. We should have been waiting until there was no in-progress task.

Dear Claggy, thanks for the help. I downloaded and am running BOINC v. 7.2.4 and am able to have updates automatically run. Thanks very much for the help.
