May i suggest to put the schematics for the geiger counters as open hardware on github and a link to e.g. OSHpark, fritzing, ... for ordering the pcb's.

It would be also great to have the Firmware on github as well to simplify participation on code development.

A link to a shopping card for the additional needed parts for digikey/mouser/... would also be great because it is a real pain to copy/paste the entries from the pdf :D

A friend will create a nice image series of populating the 2.6 board once everything arrived.

Thank!

We finished the basket for mouser.de : http://www.mouser.com/ProjectManager/ProjectDetail.aspx?AccessID=c37492dd34

This is the Spreadsheet we created: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ceJ8O9P2hbkoHjhze52GsHzFghpHT7pXXaDxP0MvOd4/edit?usp=sharing
Baseline is the BoM PDF.

Hope it is of some help for anyone else :)

Thank you, this is a great help. I edited the links for those who prefer english pages from Mouser.com instead of Mouser.de. It's available here:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bmanqcJtYQqQD-c1ioGJWCv2C7p6hMPfU3XaZmIHIJw/edit?usp=sharing

Two items on the German version appear to have wrong links.

Row 8, C8 and C15 are 100uF 10V electrolytic capacitors per the BOM but the link pointed to a different part. I changed the link to an Aluminum Electrolytic part with long life, 2 mm lead spacing, 5mm diameter, 11 mm height and in stock.

Row 22, IC2 is the LM358N Op Amp but the link pointed to a different part. I changed it to the Fairchild part which is also in stock.

So I put the bom on github - hopefully the source and board files will follow.

Also if someone has a bom for a different retailer available, do release it somewhere!
