Hi,
I recent have to problem that I can not Disable the Buzzer or the Backlight.
After I made changes and did a Update in BOINC it just does not work anymore.
I use BOINC Manager v7.6.9
If I try to change something in Primary (default) preferences and click on Update Preferences I see a bunch of warnings:

The backlight and buzzer on the detector are not under BOINC software control. This is changed with the pushbuttons on the detector. Press the middle one repeatedly to cycle through backlight and display options. The right button cycles through LED and buzzer options.
To avoid waiting for one of us to reply, searcy the forum (up to a year ago search is possible in 'advanced search').
