I broke the server when tidying up the installed kernels, assuming the latest was still installed!
Then a drive error occurred while installing the newest one which has caused a raid rebuild/recovery!
This will take some time for 2TB drives. Afterwards I will have to identify which drive caused the error and see if there is a problem with it.
