If high voltage is present:
Please take a piece of insulated wire and just connect and disconnect few times (+) connector of the tube with (-). If detector beep's or diode blinks the only problem is the faulty tube. If not then you must check IC2 and surroundings.

I have last 6 KIT's of detector in version 2.61.
KIT definition:
- PCB,
- geiger tube,
- enclosure,
- programmed µP,
- transformer for high voltage generating,
- tube holder (+ side),
- distances and screws for LCD mount
I'll also add some extra parts but I can't precise now.
Price: 20 Euro (with shipping) as it was in 1st & 2nd batch of V2.6x.

You should first check that R5,R6,R7 and Dz2,Dz3 are correctly soldered because it looks like not working or working wrong USB connection.
