Posted 3532 days ago by Szopler So if tube is ok then must be something wrong with pulse forming section. Unsolder IC2, take a wire and connect pin 14 of uC to gnd few times to simulate pulses. LED should blink at every pulse. If it blinks then check pulse forming section - I mean C9,R9 and IC2 with surrounding elements... |

Posted 3534 days ago by Szopler There is a bug in Firmware 1.0 that causes error in pulse counting. The higher is dose rate the greater is an error. Bug was caused by blocking delay that was used in 'beep' procedure. If you have "Radioactive@Home --- 2.60 ---" detector you can upgrade firmware by RS232 connection but if you don't know how to do it - don't do it! Ad.2 It is better for me to send one parcel because shipping cost to Italy is 5 Euro for 1..3 pcs. and 15 Euro for 10 pcs. in one parcel. Ad.3 If you know how to hold the soldering iron it is quite easy :). |
