This empty space there on the right, is it for a battery (-pack)?
If so, will this batch already work in stand-alone modus?
Yes, detector V2.5 can work on 3 AAA batteries but an additional module is needed:
Module is housed between display and the housing. It's plugged into the programmer connector.
