Hi, I have been using Boinc since 2006 and favour the biological and physics projects. I live in the hope that grid computing can indeed help find cures for our major diseases and solutions to global warming and world hunger. If we cannot do that, perhaps we can find some aliens who can!!!

| It is a great way of gathering real time data from places that may or may not be monitored by the big companies. I hope that as the project grows the information being gathered reflects a much truer representation of the actual figures as opposed to the commercially available ones. |
