Hi,
I would like to build my own sensor for this project, I already have a lot of the parts and can make my own pcb easily enough. The only thing that's worrying me is the ATtiny4313 microcontroller - I've seen them for sale on eBay, can I just use one of these and the radioactive@home software will program it from my computer for me, or do I need to have it pre-programmed somehow (i.e. buy one from you, and if so, how much, and can you put one on eBay for me perhaps?).
I can source all the remaining bits ok and make my own case for it, and am planning to plug it in to my Linux box running Kubuntu and hope it will work on there.
Thanks,
Gary.

There are some updates on kit availability on the news forum under "New sensor (KIT) batch"
