Just restarted my system this week due to some driver issues. The detector, which is usually muted, started making lots of clicks until the preferences got downloaded again.

I was wondering why, when I realized that I had a medical test today that injected me with slightly radioactive "stuff".

So any time I'm in the office and near the detector, the readings will go off the charts. Don't worry, the nurse said it would go away after a few days.

I did notice that if I went to the other side of the room, the detector got MUCH quieter...

Just thought I'd give you fair warning about this, just in case someone notices.

Wow, I can see the spikes on your current chart in your sig.

I never realised that medical doses of radiactive 'stuff' would actually be measurable outside the body at any significant distance :-O

Maybe you're turning in Doctor Manhatten or the Incredible Hulk ;)

Cheers,

Al.

Edit: Oh, you're also a little red dot on the map page. Hope everything is OK healthwise BTW!

Maybe you mark your sensor as "testing" device in profile?

That's insane. That's a lot of dose too really. I never knew that either about radioactive stuff leaking out of ones body.

What happens if you have a wife who is pregnant? Or young children? They should warn you of stuff like that.

Wow, you probably were talled do drink a lot of water, so you can eliminate the product. Well, it was not a joke.

Yikes! Recent peak of 7 usv/h!

Saves on lighting costs I guess. You probably glow in the dark ;)

Quite intigued as to what examination you had done, as MIL is due to have radioactive stuff injected next month. PM if you like.

Cheers,

Al.
