Thank you for the reply. Lets see if when the thing sends in it's first data batch and updates it turns the light on. If not ill turn on and off the box and see if that does it. | |

There is a shortcut for updating preferences. Suspend the app in BOINC manager, change prefs, go to manager and update project (contact with scheduler is necessary, because the preferences are passed as project_specific_prefs), resume the app. On resume it will re-read the configuration and apply changes. | |
